Development Quotation

To obtain a quotation for the development of a new product, simply follow these steps:

1. If required, send us a non-disclosure agreement to sign before describing your new product to us. If you don't have such an agreement, click on the button below for a sample blank agreement.

2. Create a description and requirements for your new product. (If you don't have time, or need assistance, you can benefit from our considerable design experience. We will be glad to review your project with you at no charge, and help you to evaluate technical options and develop a product description or requirements).

3. Send us your requirement specifications and product description.

We will review your requirements and prepare a quotation.

Production Quotations

If you have already developed a product, and you wish us to provide a quotation for manufacturing it for you, simply follow these steps:

1. If required, send us a non-disclosure agreement to sign before describing your new product to us. If you don't have such an agreement click on the button below for a sample blank agreement.

2. Provide us with:

• Your product Bill of Materials. This is a list of each component in the product, the quantity required, full manufacturers part number, and manufacturers name. Please note that if any part is not on the Bill of Materials, we will not be able to include it in the quotation and the quotation will not be accurate.
• A copy of your PCB artwork. The silk screen and board specifications will often be enough for quoting purposes.
• A picture of the product or, if possible, a sample unit.
• A description of the production test procedure. If this is unavailable, we can often estimate testing time for quoting purposes based on the product description.
• A description of the production assembly procedure. If this is unavailable, we can often estimate assembly time for quoting purposes based on the product description.
• Cable specifications if cables are to be provided.
• Mechanical drawings of custom mechanical parts, if required.
• The quantity required in each production batch, and the quantity required each year.

We will review your requirements and prepare a quotation.
