When you contract your PCB design, prototyping, layout, and/or assembly to us, our company functions as your Electronic Manufacturing Department. You benefit from the flexibility that outsourcing offers (small or large production runs, and protection from staff changes), while maintaining ownership of your PCB design.
We specialize as a turnkey manufacturer of relatively complex products in volumes ranging from a few circuit boards to many thousands of units per year. We manufacture surface mount, through-hole, and mixed technology products all under one roof. We specialize in high mix, intermediate to low volume contract production.
We typically design working PCB prototypes on 1st revision. Our design and prototype services include:

- Documentation
- Prototyping
- Consulting on regulatory testing and approval
Our contract electronic manufacturing assembly is to JSTD 001 and IPC A610 class 1, 2, 3. We offer local PCB component sourcing for quick delivery, or off shore sourcing for reduced pricing. For high volume circuit boards we have an offshore affiliate through which we can provide offshore pricing with North American management. We support RoHS (lead free) and Non RoHS (tin lead) PCB assembly. We can also write test and assembly procedures, carry out Hi pot and leakage testing for medical and other regulatory requirements, provide a warranty and/or long-term support and repair service for manufactured PCBs, evaluate failures and consult on improvement of your electronic circuit design.
